PREPARAZIONE E SAPORE

 Fit Tea può essere assunto durante tutto l'arco della giornata ma è consigliato di mattina appena svegli o prima di un allenamento, non prima di andare a letto per la presenza di caffeina.

Una bustina di tè (2g di prodotto) va tenuta in infusione in acqua calda, ma non bollente, dai 3 ai 5 minuti, si può aggiungere miele o limone ma, essendo dolcificato naturalmente con stevia e miele in polvere, ha già un gusto leggermente dolce e un sapore simile al tè al limone abbastanza gradevole.

PREPARATION AND TASTE
Fit Tea can be taken throughout the day but it's recommended in the morning when you wake up or before a workout, not before going to bed for the presence of caffeine.
A tea bag (2 g of the product) must be kept in infusion in warm water, not boiling, for 3-5 minutes, you can add honey or lemon but, being naturally sweetened with stevia and honey powder, it has a slightly sweet taste and a flavor similar to lemon tea pleasant enough.

Ho acquistato 2 confezioni (una per me e una per il mio fidanzato) di Fit Tea 14 day detox dal sito ufficiale al costo di $25 ciascuna più $10 per le spedizioni in Italia.

Il pacco, fornito di codice tracciabilità, è partito dalla California il 13 Febbraio e mi è stato recapitato il 14 Maggio, in totale circa 3 mesi di attesa perchè l'ordine è stato fermato dalla dogana italiana e ho dovuto pagare altri €16 per lo sdoganamento e €5 per i vari documenti che ho dovuto spedire per lo sblocco del pacco.

PRICE AND DELIVERY TIMES
I bought two packages (one for me and one for my boyfriend) of Fit Tea 14 day detox on the official online store at the cost of $25 each plus $10 for shipping to Italy.
The package, equipped of tracking code, started from California on February 13 and it was handed to me on May 14, a total of about 3 months of waiting because the order was stopped by Italian customs and I had to pay other €16 for the customs clearance and €5 for the various documents that I had to send to unlock the pack.

RISULTATI ED OPINIONI

Ho assunto una bustina di Fit Tea al giorno, di solito mezz'ora prima di un allenamento, seguendo una corretta alimentazione e senza rinunciare a qualche tazza di tè verde che assumo regolarmente.
Ho notato una diminuzione di 1-2 cm per ogni zona del corpo (vita, fianchi, cosce, etc) e una perdita di 1kg di peso ma soprattutto un senso di sgonfiore e tonicità generale.
Non ho riscontrato un aumento della diuresi di cui molti si lamentano, ma comunque essendo abituata a bere dai 2 ai 4 litri d'acqua al giorno è probabile che su di me non potesse avere particolari effetti, sicuramente ho riscontrato le proprietà energizzanti di questa bevanda che mi ha aiutato a prolungare la resistenza nell'attività sportiva.
Il mio fidanzato, che ha assunto anch'egli Fit Tea, ha più o meno riscontrato gli stessi effetti, soprattutto il senso di sgonfiore e tonicità muscolare, sottolineo che anche lui segue una dieta sana e svolge sport regolarmente.
Posso concludere che Fit Tea ha rispettato in pieno quello che prometteva, ovviamente non aspettatevi miracoli perchè non esistono pozioni magiche che ci fanno perdere peso, ma sicuramente è un ottimo alleato per chi vuole mettersi in forma.

RESULTS AND OPINIONS
I took a cup of Fit Tea per day, usually a half hour before a workout, following a healthy diet and without giving up a few cups of green tea that I take regularly.
I noticed a decrease of 1-2 cm for every area of the body (waist, hips, thighs, etc) and a loss of 1kg of weight but mostly I felt deflated and more tonic.
I haven't found an increase in diuresis of which many complain, but being accustomed to drinking from 2 to 4 liters of water per day is probably that on me it couldn't have special effects, I definitely found the energizing properties of this drink that helped me to extend endurance in the sport.
My boyfriend, who took too Fit Tea, has more or less found the same effects, especially the decrease of bloating and more muscle tone, I emphasize that he follows a healthy diet and do sport regularly.
In conclusion I think that Fit Tea has fully complied with what that it promises, of course, you don't expect miracles because there aren't magic potions that make us lose weight, but it certainly is a good ally for those who want to get fit.
